Holiday house for 8 people in Salobreña, province of Granada, Andalusia.
Incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea and large, spacious exteriors will make this accommodation the perfect destination for your next family vacation. The house, located in a privileged enclave, at the top of the Monte los Almendros urbanization and its south orientation means that it enjoys light and clarity throughout the day.
This cozy house is made up of 3 floors and four bedrooms, all of them with double capacity.
Three of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the house. The master bedroom has a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has two single beds. In this house we find the second family bathroom with a shower. It should be noted that two of the bedrooms have spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The fourth bedroom, with two single beds, is located on the ground floor of the house and is part of an independent apartment with its own bathroom with shower, kitchen and direct access to the pool.
The entire middle floor is made up of a spacious and bright living room with a beautiful dining room. The kitchen is American style and has a practical breakfast bar. Plus, it is fully equipped to satisfy all your culinary needs. From this space, we have direct access to the terrace and stairs on both sides that lead to the pool.
The spacious exterior is divided into several terraces, all of them with direct views of the sea and with different spaces where you can rest and enjoy pleasant meals on your barbecue.
The house has a private parking lot with enough space for two cars.
Guests staying in this stunning home can make use of its community areas, which include a tennis court, a paddle tennis court, a children's play area, a soccer field, and a community pool. As well as an open snack open only during the summer months.
The city center is just 10 minutes away by car and there you will find various restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
