It has its own leisure area, equipped with billiards and darts, and a small gym to get in shape. But if that doesn't convince you, its heated pool overlooking the Mediterranean Sea or its private cinema room surely will.
Distributed over three floors plus a charming loft, this house has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. All bedrooms have double capacity, and the master bedroom has an extra single bed, perfect for families traveling with children. The 6 bathrooms have a shower and are distributed throughout the house. There are 3 of them that are en suite, for the convenience of clients. Additionally, the master bathroom has a huge double shower and one of the bathrooms has a jetted tub.
This house has two completely independent kitchens, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Its living-dining room invites comfort and is prepared to receive your entire family.
In addition, it has its own leisure room and gym, and what is better, its own cinema room!
Without a doubt, the outdoor area will steal your heart. Its heated infinity-style pool or jacuzzi will make you want to spend hours contemplating its wonderful views. As if this were not enough, it has another outdoor cinema area with views of the Mediterranean Sea in the background and a dining area with a barbecue.
The beautiful town of Almuñécar is a short walk away, and there you can find supermarkets, pharmacies or restaurants.

The use of the heated pool will be available only from October 31 to March 21 through a heat pump that allows the temperature to be raised up to 28º.
