In this contemporary villa, with a traditional Spanish touch, you can enjoy the tranquility and warmth of the Mediterranean coast. Located in a strategic location, such as the upper part of Monte Los Almendros, it provides incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The entrance of the house welcomes you to a cozy double-height living room with views of the horizon. The American kitchen is open to the dining room and has everything essential for those who love cooking. Both the kitchen and the living room have direct access to the large outdoor terrace. On this same level, we find a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed and views to the outside.
On the second floor, we find two bedrooms, both with double beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, the master bedroom has a comfortable bathtub. From both bedrooms, you have direct access to the upper floor terrace.
Outside, the impressive pool has spectacular views of the Granada coast. There is a beautiful porch with a dining area, where you can enjoy a pleasant barbecue or relax sunbathing on some of the sun loungers.
At street level, you will find a garage with capacity for one car.
Guests staying in this stunning home can make use of its community areas, which include a tennis court, a paddle tennis court, a children's play area, a soccer field, and a community pool. As well as an open snack open only during the summer months.
