This is a new contemporary style villa that has a wonderful modern design. Upon entering the villa, you will be impressed by the sea views of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet, as well as a spacious exterior.

The large master bedroom is located on the entry level. There is an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a good size bathtub and a dressing room. Sliding doors lead to a private porch, ideal for enjoying morning coffee while contemplating the wonderful sea views.

On the ground floor we find the main level of the villa, where the open plan living room is located. This living room features double height ceilings with double height windows so you can enjoy the views over the infinity pool to the sea and mountains. The modern American kitchen has everything essential for those who love cooking. You can prepare your favorite meals while enjoying the incredible views. The dining room is dominated by a large table and has enough capacity to receive your entire family.

There are 2 more bedrooms on this main level of the home. One has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have direct access to the pool terrace and as a result you can enjoy the magnificent views and light from inside. Both bedrooms have electric blinds, perfect for darkening the room and resting peacefully. On this same level, we find a bathroom with a large shower and double sinks. There is also a guest toilet.

The sliding doors lead to a spectacular exterior, where the magnificent infinity pool is located with views of the Mediterranean Sea. If you wish, you can relax sunbathing or enjoying a nice barbecue while watching the sunset.
The pool has an automatic cover that is solar so the cover can heat the pool on its own. However, there is a heat pump as a backup, so that a temperature of up to 30 degrees can be guaranteed, if you want more than just the heating received from the solar cover.

Guests have free access to the community area of ​​the urbanization, with a tennis court, paddle tennis court, swimming pool, soccer field, playground and the snack bar which is open during the summer months.
