Holiday house for 6 people in Salobreña, in the province of Granada, in Andalusia.
It is a wonderful villa facing south and with impressive views of the Mediterranean Sea, it is located in the “Monte de los Almendros” urbanization in Salobreña- Granada. As you climb the stairs leading to the villa, a spacious terrace with sea views will welcome you. Here you can enjoy the sun on one of the sun loungers next to the private pool or sit comfortably in the much-needed shade offered in summer by the large covered circular terrace.
Next to this circular terrace is another terrace with a lot of privacy, it is surrounded by ambient lights to illuminate at night, perfectly located on the right side of the villa here you can enjoy a wonderful outdoor dinner together with your family or guests. On the upper terrace behind this terrace there is a gas barbecue.
Upon entering the villa, from the hall that connects with all the rooms on this floor, you immediately have the feeling that the beach is close and that you can finally relax. From here you have access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room and two of the bedrooms.
Standing in the foyer, the first door on your left leads you to a fully equipped kitchen. Among other things, here you can find an oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board and a Nespresso coffee machine. In the kitchen you will also find a door that leads to another smaller terrace with a seating area with sea views. It is a quiet place, perfect for slowly starting the day and enjoying breakfast together.
In front of the main door, in the hall, there is a small staircase that leads to two bedrooms. The first bedroom to your left has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and access to a small balcony. The second bedroom to your right has two single beds and sliding doors that give access to the terrace located on the right of the house.
Standing in the hall again, to the right you have access to a spacious living room, as you enter the large windows to the right take you to the circular covered terrace with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, from this room there is also access to the terrace with ambient lights and the BBQ. This bright room has a large, comfortable sofa and a built-in fireplace to enjoy during winter evenings. The room is also equipped with a smart television, a DVD player and Wi-Fi. From the living room, a circular staircase leads to the master bedroom located under the circular terrace. This bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and glass doors leading to its own outside terrace.
Guests have free access to the community area of the urbanization, with a tennis court, paddle tennis court, swimming pool, soccer field, playground and the snack bar which is open during the summer months. The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes away by car and the airports of Malaga, Granada and Almería are within easy reach.
Salobreña is located on the Tropical Coast of Granada and benefits from the subtropical microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature above 20 degrees. In addition to the pleasant climate, you will also love the beauty of the region and all the things to do in the area. For those interested in art, architecture and history, this region offers the best that Andalusia has to offer. If you like to be active, the Sierra Nevada ski area where you can enjoy beautiful walking and hiking routes is less than 75 minutes away.
