Spectacular metal panel main doors welcome you to this fantastic 3-story home. Access to the home is via an overpass or through the home's private parking with enough capacity for two cars.
Going down the stairs from the entrance level, you will reach the main floor of the house with a spacious and bright open plan living room surrounded by sliding glass doors, so you can make the most of the outside space, as well as the incredible views. to the sea and the spectacular surroundings. The dining room, integrated into the living room, is spacious and prepared to receive your entire family. The modern and functional kitchen is equipped with everything essential to satisfy your culinary needs. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room.
On this same level, but in a room separate from the main house, we find a 4th independent bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Going down the stairs, you reach the third floor where you can find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with double bed has a private bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, share a family bathroom with a shower.
The home has both indoor and outdoor dining areas to enjoy "alfresco" dining or warmer meals indoors, and still enjoy the beautiful views. From the terrace on the main floor you can access, climbing a metal staircase, the upper terrace with the 6 sun loungers.
The impressive infinity pool has spectacular breathtaking views of the Granada coast. There is a beautiful porch with a dining and lounging area surrounding the pool.
In the garden area of the house, we find a small ecological garden, where we can find a wide variety of fruit trees, such as mango, avocados and orange trees.
Guests staying in this stunning home can make use of its community areas, which include a tennis court, a paddle tennis court, a children's play area, a soccer field, and a community pool. As well as an open snack open only during the summer months.
