It is distributed on a single floor. It has 4 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a single bed, this has an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. The second and third with two single beds each and the fourth with a single bed.
It has a fully equipped independent kitchen. It has two bathrooms plus one with a hydromassage shower and the other with a bathtub. It has a large, bright living room with several sofas, TV, fireplace, a large library and a piano. It has a large, very cozy entrance with plants and some decorative furniture.
It also has a porch with table and chairs and an area with sofas. Just before entering the interior of the house we find a large terrace with a fountain. Further ahead we find areas with grass, a garden and a large swimming pool.
It has private parking.
