Holiday house for 6 people in El Salar, Province of Granada, Andalusia.
In the heart of the western Granada region, we find a rehabilitated mill from the 16th century. It is located in a privileged environment: On the limits of the urban area, in front of an olive grove and on the banks of the "Arroyo Salar" river.
In it you can hear the birds singing and the flow of water.
From the house there is a path where you can walk through olive groves and, at the same time, within a few minutes walk you can reach all the services of the town (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy.)
If you have cultural concerns, the house is located a step away from the famous and spectacular Roman Villa of Salar.
You can also do different hiking routes in the area such as the Infiernos de Loja, the Molinos de Alhama or the nearby Sierra Tejeda Alhama Natural Park.
If you also like skiing and winter sports, in less than an hour you will find yourself at the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort. Or if you prefer to go for tapas in Granada or visit the Alhambra, you will arrive in just over half an hour.
If you feel like going to the beach, we are very close to Motril or La Herradura and even less than an hour from Malaga.
It is the perfect place to rest and disconnect and has all the comforts of home. You can park without problem and walk throughout the town.
The house has a 250 m2 patio with fruit trees, a glazed porch with barbecue, a small pool with sun loungers and a toilet.
The warm and cozy interior. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, spacious, bright and fully equipped, a spacious living room with views of the river and fireplace and a small bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and the other with two 90 cm beds, and a large bathroom.
The sofa bed, measuring 1.50 x 1.80, is located in the living room, an open space with double height and where the morning light enters, so masks are supplied in case you wish to use them.
