The villa is structured over 3 floors, has an elevator and has a large roof terrace with views of the beach, the mountains and the golf course. It offers all the necessary elements for an exclusive stay, as well as a careful and modern decoration.
The layout of the house is as follows;
On the ground floor we find the modern and bright living room, with a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor we find 4 bedrooms, 3 of them equipped with double beds and another bedroom equipped with 2 single beds. On this floor there are 3 en-suite bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub. On the 2nd floor, we find a room with 2 single beds and a toilet.
Guests can enjoy all the necessary services to complete a wonderful stay.
It has a private pool with complementary salt water with everything you need to enjoy in a pleasant and quiet environment.
