Holiday house for 20 people in Galera, in the province of Granada, Andalusia.
Spectacular villa with two swimming pools, three saunas and a jacuzzi, as well as ten double bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom, as well as a baby/toddler room and a children's room.
Of the ten bedrooms there are seven that are located on the ground floor. These bedrooms, which are caves that manage to maintain a fairly stable temperature throughout the year, are connected to the main house, which has two floors. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and on the first floor there is a bedroom.
Also on the ground floor there are two toilets and a fully equipped luxury kitchen, with a fridge for Spanish wines and cavas, two ovens and a dishwasher. It is big enough to cook for 20 people. The kitchen has a bar overlooking the living room and a large dining table. Ideal for drinks outdoors.
Through the four meter wide sliding glass doors you enter the porch with a seating area and a dining table, where you can sit in the shade and enjoy fantastic views.
The accommodation also has two cozy lounges with fireplaces that provide warmth and atmosphere in winter.
The house has two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor, which are heated by means of a heat pump that allows the temperature to be raised to 32 degrees, although this always depends on the ambient temperature.
The outdoor pool is available from April to October, while the indoor pool is available all year.
There are also several spa areas. In the cave areas, next to the heated indoor pool, there is a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna and a Turkish bath. Also outside the house there is a barrel sauna.
The property is supplied by its own water well which pumps water directly from the ground. It also has pellet stoves and solar panels that provide electricity and hot water to the villa.
