It is built on a single level, which facilitates movement between rooms, both indoors and outdoors, and the views from the south-facing terraces, the living room, and the master bedroom over Salobreña and the Mediterranean are breathtaking.
This holiday home is located on a quiet street and is accessed from the rear, which is located on a smaller street. The beach is just a 10-minute drive away and is an ideal place to relax and enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The living room has two large sliding doors that offer spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and open onto the terrace and pool, making it easy to move between areas. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances such as an induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. On the terrace next to the living room, there is a covered area with a gas barbecue, garden furniture, and sun loungers, inviting you to dine and relax outdoors.
This modern house has three bedrooms, all with double occupancy and are spacious and bright. The master bedroom has a double bed and access to the terrace and sea views, while the other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, have large built-in wardrobes for storing all your clothes.
