This house is located in a privileged enclave, such as the exclusive residential development Monte los Almendros near the charming town of Salobreña. You can contemplate the Mediterranean Sea from your terrace or from your infinity pool. It is built on a single level, which facilitates movement between rooms, both indoors and outdoors.
This modern house with three bedrooms, all of them with double capacity, is spacious and bright. The master bedroom has a double bed and has access to the terrace and sea views, while the other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, have large built-in wardrobes where you can put all your clothes. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, two of them with a rain shower and one of them with a bathtub.
The living room has spectacular sea views thanks to its sliding doors, which gives it light. The American-style kitchen is open to the living room and is well equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a washing machine.
On the outside terrace, we find a pleasant porch with a dining area and barbecue, where you can organize great family evenings with the Mediterranean Sea in the background. Although without a doubt, its wonderful heated infinity-style pool with sea views will steal your heart.
In addition, you will find a small tropical garden with some fruit trees, such as lemon and orange trees, which guests can use and enjoy.
There is indoor parking inside the house.
Guests staying in this house can use the communal areas of the house, which include a tennis court, a paddle tennis court, a children's play area, a football field, and a communal pool. As well as an open snack bar open only during the summer months.
The city center is just 10 minutes away by car and there is a golf course just 10 minutes from the accommodation.
