The property has about 200 m2 built, part of a restored old farmhouse and a recently restored tobacco dryer converted into a home, it consists of a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for two people, a bedroom with a double bed for two people and well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower, the drying room with 6 double beds on different levels and a small room with a single bed, so it can accommodate up to 17 people, there is also a large living room-kitchen with a wood stove, additional services include high-speed WI-FI, air conditioning in the common areas (living room and the large shared bedroom), a washing machine and a television. Bedroom 1 has a single bed. Bedroom 2 has 6 double beds. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. The living room with the fireplace has 1 sofa bed for two people.
The holiday home has a private outdoor area with a swimming pool, a garden and a covered terrace type pergola, it also includes a barbecue. The property has an excellent location, just a 10-minute drive from the city center. Sheets and towels are included in the price. The property has private parking for cars, motorcycles and bicycles. There are 10 parking spaces available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed. The WI-FI is suitable for making video calls. There is a security deposit of €150 per stay.
