Holiday house for 12 people in Trasmulas, province of Granada, in Andalusia.
The house is distributed over two floors in which we can find two living rooms, both with air conditioning and with all the comforts. Plasma television, comfortable sofas, dining area and fireplace. Furthermore, both are bright. It has a fully equipped kitchen for the use of clients, for example it has a refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, an extra freezer, etc. An aspect worth highlighting is its large capacity of guests that can be accommodated, up to 15 as it has five bedrooms in which there are five double beds and two single beds. It has two bathrooms, two complete with shower and a separate outside toilet.
Although one of the most important aspects lies in its magnificent, quite spacious and fully equipped gastrobar, with a bar area, a barbecue, a couple of tables, a small fireplace and access to its private pool.
We inform our clients that this house has security cameras that are deactivated once the client enters the house. On the other hand, it has an SOS system in case the client has any mishap inside the house, they can use it so that the emergency services come to the home.
Furthermore, for the information of clients, the owner provides 4 bicycles, two for adults and two for children, so that they can play sports or walk through this wonderful area surrounded by olive trees and poplar groves.
