You can relish these views from almost any room in the three stories, which are connected by splendid marble stairs.

The master bedroom on the second floor is the ideal vantage point, as it features a lovely private terrace with splendid panoramic views. It also includes a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The first floor is just as impressive: it boasts a living-dining room with a terrace and chill-out area, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a bedroom with two single beds and a huge built-in wardrobe. All these features ensure that this floor will meet all the family's needs.

Similarly, the ground floor is equipped with all necessary amenities for maximum enjoyment. In fact, it includes a living room with a kitchenette perfectly adapted to all requirements, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms with two single beds each. However, the highlight of this floor is the direct access to the garden area.

The perfectly maintained garden includes a lovely private pool. There are several sun loungers by the pool for relaxing under the sun, and a barbecue for preparing delicious meals. The porch in front of the pool offers an outdoor dining area and a chill-out area, allowing you to choose whether to sunbathe or nap accompanied by the gentle sea breeze.

The house has air conditioning for both cooling and heating, though it is not available 24 hours a day. The air conditioning is scheduled to operate from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Therefore, air conditioning is not available from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

The access to the house is fully paved, and there is parking for 3 cars within the property.
