A cosy retreat facing the Mediterranean Sea, whose views you can enjoy either from the pool area or the living area located on an upper level, is the perfect spot to unwind. Let the natural atmosphere envelop you and provide the most relaxing ambience at the sound of the waves and singing birds.

The villa lies on the side of a seafront hill, and the plot where it’s located is divided into two levels. On the upper floor, you will find the living and bedroom areas, whereas, on the lower level, there’s the private pool. The accommodation features two bedrooms with two single beds each, one of which is also provided with an en-suite with bathtub. In the light-filled living room, you will find a sofa bed where two more people can accommodate; therefore, this house can welcome up to 6 people. Another bathroom with shower is available inside the house. The living area, characterised by wide windows that let the light flood in, is furnished with a dining table and a cosy sofa bed, as well as a TV; a fully-equipped independent kitchen completes the indoor facilities of the holiday home. The villa is provided with two electric radiators and fans.

The most noteworthy feature of the outdoor area is the staggering view you will enjoy from the spacious terrace (which is accessible from the living area) and the pool located on the lower level of the property. It is here, in fact, where you will spend the most considerable part of your holidays, as you can rejoice in the maritime breeze and the sights of the Mediterranean Sea while you cool yourself down in the private pool. There are poolside sun loungers and parasols, and a cosy chill-out area, for you to make the most of your stay and rejoice in the dreamlike landscape.
