Cozy holiday home with pool and fantastic playground

Holiday home located in Dúrcal, province of Granada, Andalucia.

This marvellous villa will let you live the most amazing holidays you have ever had. It can welcome up to 13 people thanks to the distribution of the bedrooms. In fact, it relies on five bedrooms, two with two single beds each, two with a double bed and an ensuite with shower each, and one with a double bed. You will also have the possibility to add three extra single beds so that every member of the family can relax at this villa. The villa also has two more bathrooms with shower.

The atmosphere that inundates the holiday home is cosy, but at the same time, it lets you live your holidays according to your own personal space. The villa is provided with warm/cool air-con in the living room and in the common areas of the first floor. There is a fireplace in the dining-living room, while the heating of the whole accommodation is provided by a pellet stove. The living room shares space with a completely equipped open kitchen.

Outside, you can find a children park and some pretty amazing mountain views, which you can enjoy from the private pool located in the backyard. The closest house is roughly 40 meters far, which will allow you to enjoy your holidays in complete privacy.

The access to the house is made possible by a 700mt-long unpaved lane.
