This massive holiday home is set in the lovely town of Dúrcal, belonging to the province of Granada. Its spacious rooms and comforts provided both inside and outside the property are ideal for enjoying your well-deserved holidays with your family and friends.

The rental is composed of two buildings: the main house, whose rooms are distributed on two floors, and a poolside annexe. The main house's ground floor welcomes a rustic-style dining-living room, where a massive fireplace stands out. Near the living room, the independent kitchen provides all the equipment and tools to make you prepare the tastiest meals. One bathroom with a shower is also available on this floor. The four bedrooms of this part of the rental are all located upstairs: three of them rely on one double bed each, while, in the fourth bedroom, you will find three single beds. Another bathroom with a shower is at the guests' disposal on the first floor.

The poolside annexe is divided into three bedrooms, each of which features one double bed and an ensuite with a shower.

The living room and the annexe are provided with air-con, whereas the four bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with ceiling fans.

The Arab-inspired decoration of the outdoor area provides a charming atmosphere to all those who want to be at one with the thousand-year-old culture the province of Granada is soaked into. The spacious patio is equipped with a swinging sofa and a grill, and the other part of the outdoors are occupied by a private pool and an area for "al fresco" dining. This allows the whole family to have fun together and make the most of their well-earned holidays in the province of Granada.

The access to the house is fully paved, except for the last 10 metres that are unpaved.
