Near the facilities of the town of Nigüelas and the highway that leads you to the beaches of the Costa Tropical, but in the quiet environment of the olive yards, this villa lets you enjoy the holidays you need, whether they will be characterised by getaways or pure relaxation.

The house’s ground floor welcomes a double height dining-living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a huge fireplace and comfortable sofas where you can have a siesta. From this room, you will access the bedrooms on the ground floor and the ones upstairs.

The two bedrooms on the ground floor are both equipped with a double bed and an en-suite with shower. Upstairs, you will find another bedroom with a double bed, warm/cool air-con and an en-suite with shower, one bedroom with a double bed, and the third bedroom featuring three single beds (two of 90 cm and one of 105 cm). An extra single bed is also available, thus increasing the capacity of the house to 16 guests.

Another bathroom with shower and a separate toilet are available on the villa’s ground floor.

Outdoor, you will find an enormous porch with an oven that opens onto the private pool area. Here, you can cool off, enjoy the sun on the poolside deck chairs and make the most of the quiet surrounding area. In the pool area, you will also find an independent toilet.

The access to the villa is via a 500-mt unpaved lane.
