Description
The house is situated only 800 meters from the beach, and just another 4 km. From the city center of Almuñecar, Granada. You can get to the city center crossing the housing development Monte de los Pinos. The tennis club AL-CLUB is situated approximately 200 meters away from the houses.
There are 7 detached houses, which are sharing the pool, the large fenced garden with a lot of sunbeds to enjoy the good weather. From the pool area you can enjoy wonderful views all over the beautiful Velilla beach.
Every house is distributed in two bedrooms, one with master bed and the other one with two single beds. The dinning room has a bed-sofa for accommodate two more persons. The dinning room is also equipped with a chimney and air conditioning.
Every house is also equipped with washmachine, microwave, some of the kitchens are equipped with gas-stove and others with hob. All the houses have a bathroom, two of them have shower and the others have bathtub.
In only 4 of the houses, the internet connection (wifi) is available on request. You must request the internet connection before your arrival. The owner cannot guarantee the use of WiFi, as this depends on the availability of the house.
The characteristics, which are uncommon to the houses will be on request. If you have any preference, we recommend you to apply to the owner before your arrival.
Every house has a private cozy terrace, and its own garage place.
