The private parking allows the inhabitants of this villa to park one car, as it is shared with the other five accommodations of the complex, as well as the swimming pool.

The houses are located in a dreamy environment, surrounded by fruit trees and vegetable gardens. 2 km far the 734-inhabitant town of Laroles is to be found, which gives the name to the nearby ravine, belonging to the bigger town of Nevada.

The town finds itself in the most eastern area of the Alpujarra Granadina, on the border area with the province of Almeria, in the southern part of the Natural Park of the Sierra Nevada, which has been declared Reserva de la Biosfera by the UNESCO).

In the surrounding area of the villa, you will have the opportunity to go hiking and enjoy the nature all around it. If you fancy skiing, you will be happy to know that La Ragua Estación Recreativa y de Esquí Nórdico (Nordic Ski Station of La Ragua) is located just 15 km far. The nearest beaches are those of Adra and Almerimar, 40 km far.
