Cozy rural house with a living room, equipped with a sofa, dining table, TV and DVD, fireplace (wood not included in the price and charged separately), kitchen equipped with kitchenware, 4-burner stove, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc., a double bedroom, two double bedrooms with single beds and two full bathrooms, one with a hydromassage cabin and the other with a bathtub. Outside the house has a large porch covered by a vine, a pleasant private barbecue area with great views and garden areas.
The house has heating and air conditioning, WiFi, bed linen and towels.
The rural house is located in a complex with other rural houses within a 10,000 m2 estate in the heart of the La Alpujarra region, in the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. The houses are laid out to resemble a small village with its streets, squares and gardens.
The complex has a wonderful 14x7m swimming pool, barbecues, a children's playground, a self-service laundry (for a fee) and parking.
The complex is located on a property with excellent views on the edge of the town, so it offers great privacy and, at the same time, is just a few metres from a supermarket, restaurants and all the services in the town.
