On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with independent access from the outside, one with 4 single beds and another with 3 single beds, both with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On this same floor, we find a fourth bedroom with 4 single beds.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with 4 single beds each and a sixth bedroom with 3 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two other fully renovated bathrooms with a shower complete this floor.
The living room has comfortable sofas and a fireplace that provides warmth and invites comfort. The large dining room is perfectly prepared to receive the whole family and has a large table where you can organize great evenings. The kitchen is independent and perfectly equipped. It has a large central island with several stools where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast.
Outside, in a privileged spot in the garden, there is a Balinese bed that offers a unique space to rest and enjoy the beauty of the landscape. It is the perfect place to relax, immerse yourself in reading a book or simply let yourself be enveloped by the soft sounds of nature. It has a wonderful swimming pool where you will undoubtedly enjoy for hours.
For lovers of cooking, the house has two barbecues, one gas and one wood-burning, where you can organize fun social gatherings.
From the main entrance area of the house, you can access a viewing point that offers panoramic views of the extensive olive grove that surrounds this property.
Within the same property, although in an independent area, apart from the guest house and common areas and with an independent entrance, lives the owner of the property, who is responsible for its maintenance.
For the convenience of guests, the house has a private parking area.
Access to the house is via a winding road, characteristic of the mountainous area where the house is located.
