This house is located in Cerro Muriano with spectacular views of the mountains. If you are looking for a house with all kinds of comforts, with an exquisite construction, a few years old, good qualities, an unbeatable state of conservation, spacious and to be able to enjoy a natural environment both in winter and summer, you will love this property.
The property is located in the best area of an urbanization of chalets, 2 minutes from Cerro Muriano and 15 minutes from Córdoba.
The 2664 m2 plot has easy access by any type of car, an automatic door and a well-kept plastered concrete access ramp. The house is located at a height, with spectacular views from the living room and two of the bedrooms.
The house is divided into two independent floors:
- The ground floor is ideal as a leisure and meeting area, with a spacious country room of about 80m2, TV, fully equipped kitchen with bar area, heating, toilet and exit to a rear porch of the house.
- Upper floor: it has a large distributor, on the right a living room, with fireplace and exit to a very pleasant back porch. Independent kitchen with enough size for office area and exit to the same porch as the living room. On the other side of the corridor we find four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a storage room.
All rooms and bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning, with split and pellet system for heating in winter in the bedroom area.
The outdoor area is also divided into two areas, to the south of the house we have a more natural area, with holm oaks and pine trees, ideal for children to play and enjoy the countryside without leaving the plot. To the north of the house there is a barbecue area and on the next level a pool and solarium area, ideal for its orientation and privacy.
