This is an impressive villa located less than 3 km from the Viana Palace and 5 km from the Mosque-Cathedral, in the Historical Center of the city of Córdoba. Fully equipped, bright, and very quiet, comfortable, and immaculate, making you feel at home in an unparalleled land.

The entire villa is rented out and is located in one of the best areas of the city, midway between the city center and the Sierra de Córdoba.

With an enviable location, it allows you to visit Córdoba if you wish, and being close to the mountains, it offers a perfect environment for leisure and relaxation. Additionally, being outside the controlled parking perimeter, parking is free and there are always areas available for parking. During the Feria, there is a direct bus from the villa's door to the Feria entrance every 30 minutes.

The villa has been completely renovated and equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning in the rooms and the living room, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, TV, all new and expressly renovated for vacation rental.

The villa consists of 5 bedrooms, two of which have double beds (one with an additional single bed), and the rest have single beds: two triple rooms and one double. It also has three full bathrooms, two with bathtubs and one with a shower. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything necessary for a wonderful stay for families or groups of friends.

As for the exterior, the villa boasts a magnificent garden, swimming pool, chill-out rooftop, and a recreation area.
