The house is arranged on two floors and has 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen with a pantry and a spacious living-dining room.
Underfloor heating and hot water through solar panels. Outdoor area with garden, barbecue, artisan oven, lawn area, large terrace and private pool (7m.x14m.).
It is located in the municipality of Carcabuey (heart of the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park) and the geographical center of Andalusia. This allows you to enjoy an enclave with a high ecological and landscape value while being just a short hour's drive from various Andalusian capitals and cities.
