This fabulous property is ideal for a group of friends or families who want to spend a dream vacation together and, at the same time, enjoy their privacy. To achieve this, this house provides a magnificent common area and four independent cabins, thus guaranteeing a relaxing stay for up to 12 people.
The icing on the cake is the panorama that surrounds the home, thanks to its privileged location on the shores of 'La Encantada' lake. Last but not least, the center of Córdoba is located less than 15 km from the house, making this the ideal corner to enjoy magnificent getaways to the city of the caliphs.
The main house is an open circular space, equipped with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a dining area and a magnificent fully equipped kitchen, with all the quality kitchenware and appliances you may need during your stay. In addition, the large windows that characterize this room allow light to illuminate the entire room; At the same time, the whole family will be able to enjoy the spectacular views while taking advantage of the comforts of the interior. In the main house, you will also have a separate toilet at your disposal.
The four cabins are located near the main building, surrounded by lush vegetation. They are characterized by the same design: each of these has wooden walls, large windows, three with a double bed and a single bed and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, and a modern ensuite bathroom with a shower tray. .
The main house and the four cabins are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning.
The outdoor area is spacious enough for everyone to enjoy the warm atmosphere of the Cordoban province, as well as the impressive views of the lake. The porch is equipped with an outdoor dining area and, from this, you can access the magnificent patio. Here, you will find the fabulous private pool, whose entrance is reminiscent of the seashore. The remaining part of the outdoor area has a well-kept garden, sun loungers and awnings to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings under the shade.
Barbecues cannot be held in the area in summer. The owner will provide an electric iron.
Access to the property, located in an urbanization, is possible thanks to a paved lane.
Please note that, in this home, stag and hen parties are not allowed and that nap times in summer must be respected. As they are agreed upon by the community, music cannot be played.
