This spacious holiday villa can welcome up to 12 people, and it's ideal for enjoying the fantastic Andalusian weather together with your family and friends; besides, you can enjoy the closeness of the Natural Park of Sierra de Hornachuelos, located just 15 km from the house and perfect for strolling around the protected area.

The house is distributed on two floors, which are connected via a lovely staircase decorated with tiles. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower; one bedroom is equipped with one double bed and a bunk bed, another relies on a double bed, and the third bedroom features one double bed and one single bed.

On the ground floor, there are the remaining two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with one single bed, and another bedroom with a shower. The living area welcomes a light-filled dining-living room, which is equipped with a fireplace and sofas, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Two of the bedrooms on the first floor and the living room are equipped with warm/cool air-con.

The outdoor area lets you enjoy a fabulous private pool and the surrounding sun loungers, located on a spacious terrace from which you can spot the countryside of Hornachuelos and the roofs of the neighbouring homes. The house also features a fabulous porch with an area for "al fresco" dining and a BBQ area, where you can spend several pleasant moments with your family and friends.

The access to the holiday home is possible via a paved lane, and the house also relies on a private parking lot.
