Considering that only 14 km separate this accommodation from the splendid city of Córdoba, you can discover the Mosque and the wonderful patios in just one day; Or, if you prefer, enjoy the tranquility provided on this 2,000 m2 plot. The villa ensures a comfortable stay for the whole family, who will rest before returning to routine.
First, you can relax in the living room, equipped with comfortable sofas, a beautiful fireplace, and a rustic atmosphere typical of the Cordoba province. In addition, this room is decorated with large windows and even French doors that open to the porch, which allows light to flow in and illuminate the entire room. Next to the living room, there is the fully equipped independent kitchen, whose modern appliances and complete kitchenware allow you to prepare tasty meals for the whole family.
The house has three bedrooms. The main one has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and two sinks. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each, and share another bathroom with a bathtub. Four more people can sleep in the house, thanks to the two extra beds and the two single sofa beds. Therefore, the house is perfect for a family of ten, who will enjoy its amenities, including a ping-pong table and pool table in the basement.
The house has central heating.
In the outdoor area, you will find a nice porch with a chill-out area and an outdoor dining room. From here, a staircase leads to the pool area, where the whole family will spend most of their free time, swimming in the cool waters or sunbathing on the sun loungers. A fence separates the pool from the perfectly maintained garden.
Access to the house is possible through a paved lane.
