Holiday villa on the outskirts of Puente Genil, province of Cordoba, Andalucia.

This spectacular property is enveloped in an aura of mystery and history, being an ancient Croatian convent that dates back to the 19th century. Its recent refurbishment has allowed it to become an excellent holiday accommodation, which can welcome up to seven guests. The house's hilltop location provides it with a 360º panoramic view of the surrounding hills and the countryside of the province of Cordoba, in full privacy and isolation.

Inside, the two floors of the villa rely on spotless, modern elements and decoration that blend harmoniously with the most rustic features, thus conveying a charming atmosphere. Because of the ancient structure of the house and its thick walls, there's no need for air-con, the property being pleasantly fresh in summer.

Downstairs, the property welcomes a massive dining-living room, provided with a picturesque fireplace, a comfortable sofa bed, where a person can sleep, and a flat-screen TV. Nearby, a fully equipped independent kitchen features the kitchenware that you will need during your stay.

On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a shower. The three bedrooms are all equipped with one double bed each, as well as spectacular views of the countryside that envelops the house.

Outside, a lovely porch welcomes an area for "al fresco" dining, which is blessed with spectacular panoramic views, enjoyable through the stone arches that characterise the whole perimeter of the porch. This is connected to the pool area via a paved path, in the middle of the garden. The private pool is fully fenced, which guarantees a significant amount of safety for families with children. Last but not least, the sun loungers allow you to rejoice in the sun and soak up the quiet atmosphere under the centenary trees.

The access to the villa is possible via a 400-mt dirt track.
