The rustic style of this fully fenced property guarantees an unforgettable stay for a group of up to 18 people, who will rejoice in the quietness and full privacy of the setting. The house is located in the middle of olive yards, thus ensuring the dreamiest spot for unwinding and truly recharging one's batteries.

The two-storey villa is decorated in line with the rural environment, which creates a connection between the indoor and the outdoor of the property. Downstairs, there is a spacious living area, featuring all the equipment and facilities that you could need during your holidays: several dining tables allow the whole family to rejoice in their meals, whereas the lounge areas let you and your beloved ones have some relaxing siestas. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and kitchenware needed for a comfortable stay. Two bathrooms with a shower, one of which is suitable for people with reduced mobility, are also available on the ground floor, as are two bedrooms with two twin beds each.

The remaining six bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shower are located upstairs. Here, you will find one bedroom with one bunk bed and two twin beds, one bedroom with two twin beds, and four bedrooms with one double bed each. Therefore, up to 18 people can accommodate in this villa and rejoice in their well-deserved holidays.

The eight bedrooms are double bedrooms and each of them will be available for every two tenants, so that the bedrooms will not be open for only one person. In addition, the bedrooms of the house are equipped with warm/cool air-con and heating is provided via the central fireplace.

Outside, you will find a fabulous area where the whole family can enjoy the renowned sunny weather of Andalucia and make the most of the facilities provided. The several areas for dining "al fresco" that are spread all around the patio let you and your beloved ones have your meals in the shade and rejoice in the breeze of the countryside. However, the most fantastic feature is the splendid private pool, surrounded by a perfectly maintained garden, several sun loungers and overlooking the countryside. The pool is even equipped with a whirlpool area, which, despite not being heated, guarantees a relaxing bath. Board games and an outdoor toilet are also provided in the exterior of the house.

The access to the property, which is completely fenced and private, is possible via an unpaved lane.
