The cosy dining-living room, which shares space with the open kitchen, is the first area you will find upon entering the house. The comfortable sofas let you relax and regain your strengths, whereas the dining table is perfect for a meal with your beloved ones. The villa's four bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, which guarantees an unforgettable holiday for you and your family. All bedrooms are furnished with one double bed each; two of them also features a bunk bed, thus raising the maximum capacity of the house to 12 people. The master bedroom, which is located on the first floor, is also provided with a spacious en-suite with a shower and a bathtub, and a lovely private terrace. A bathroom with bathtub is also at the guests' disposal.

The master bedroom and the living room are equipped with warm/cool air-con.

Once you step a foot in the perfectly-maintained garden, you will know that your holidays are bound to be good. First of all, you will find the spacious porch, equipped with an outdoor dining table and a relaxing chill-out area. Then, a few steps lead you into the grassed part of the outdoors, which features several facilities to make your stay even more pleasant. A smaller outdoor table is located in the middle of the garden, near the ping-pong table that lets you rejoice in several moments of fun. On the opposite side of the garden, a pergola and a covered BBQ area provide a shaded place to prepare your meals. The cherry on the pie, however, is the private pool that invites you to take a dip in its refreshing waters, and whose poolside sun loungers are the perfect spot to soak up the sunshine. An outdoor bathroom with a shower completes the facilities of the villa.

The access to the house is possible via a paved lane.
