A unique feature of this villa is the colourful atmosphere that envelops you once you step a foot inside the property. The vivid contrast between the colour of the flowers and the green of the well-maintained garden mingles with the blue of the private pool. Likewise, the inside of the house is a triumph of colours, from the electric colour blue of one of the rooms to the salmon of the living room.

The villa features four bedrooms, all heated through electric radiators: one has a double bed, and the other three are furnished with two single beds each. In the villa, you will also find two bathrooms with shower, which are even adapted for people with reduced mobility. The living area is provided with comfortable sofas, a wooden dining table, and an imposing stone fireplace; it shares space with a completely equipped open kitchen, which has everything you need to make yourself and your family some mouth-watering specialities.

The outdoor area relies on a covered porch, where you can enjoy your breakfasts (and all the other meals). Through a flower-filled charming arch, you will be led to the fenced area where the private pool is located. The sun loungers will offer you the best spots to sunbathe, whereas the parasols will protect your skin once you get tired. The surrounding landscapes, characterised by nothing but cultivated fields, provides the right atmosphere to relax and fully enjoy your holidays.

The access to the villa is made possible by a 200-mt long unpaved lane.
