The surrounding countryside makes for the perfect setting where to unwind and recharge your batteries, while the dimensions of the rental ensure that the whole family can spend their well-deserved holidays together.

The villa features two 140-sq-mt wide floors, where you will find spacious rooms and a comfortable ambience to guarantee the most relaxing stay. The huge ground floor welcomes the open-plan living space, featuring a lounge area with a fireplace, a dining table around which the whole family can rejoice in their meals, and a fully-equipped open kitchen. On this floor, you will also have one spacious bathroom at your disposal, equipped with a walk-in shower and a corner whirlpool tub. One bedroom with a double bed is also provided on the lowest floor.

Upstairs, you can rejoice in four other bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other three with two twin beds each), as well as two bathrooms with a bathtub. Besides, up to six extra beds can be added in the house upon request, thus the villa's maximum capacity being of 16 guests.

The house is equipped with central heating.

The setting of this holiday home, in the Sierra of Albayate, in the Subbética Cordobesa area, provides a splendid panorama for those who spend their holidays here. You can enjoy the landscape while having your meals in the porch or refreshing in the lovely private pool, located on a lower level than the house. Lastly, the poolside pergola also welcomes an area for rejoicing in a glass of wine, surrounded by quietness.
