Gorgeous villa with outdoor Jacuzzi to be enjoyed in summer

Villa situated in Carcabuey, in the region of Subbetica, province of Cordoba, Andalucia.

What nowadays is a cosy holiday home used to be a mill in the XIX century. It was renewed with a lot of care to preserve its original architecture and to let you enjoy the comforts of the XXI century. The formerly thick walls regulate the temperature, thus offering freshness during summer and warmth in winter.

The cottage consists of a house, which has an attic, and a flat. You can choose the beds you prefer, always taking into account the distribution detailed below.

For bookings of 1 to 4 people, only the flat on the ground floor will be open. The flat has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

For bookings of 5 to 8 persons, only the large house, which has four bedrooms, will be open. Three of them have a double bed, while the fourth has two single beds. In this case, both the flat and the attic remain closed.

For bookings of 9 to 13 people, the big house and its attic will be open. In the attic, you will find a double bed and three single beds. In this case, the flat will remain closed.

Finally, for bookings of 14 to 17 people, the big house, including the attic, and the flat will be open.

The large house has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The spacious living/dining room shares space with the fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

The ground floor flat has a bathroom with a shower. The living-dining room of 25 m2 has a wood-burning fireplace and air conditioning, while the kitchen is equipped with all electrical appliances.

This holiday home’s surrounding area is awe-inspiring. The natural spring flooding under the house makes the vegetation even lusher, and the centuries-old walnut trees are there to prove it. The owners have taken advantage of what nature has to offer, and the holiday home’s water supply comes from this magic natural spring, whose fountains are used to cool fruits and vegetables in summer.

In the holiday home’s outdoor area you can find a private swimming pool (available from May 1st to September 30th), with a toboggan, in a huge garden, in addition to a covered porch where to enjoy the hot summer evenings with your family, in the fantastic Jacuzzi, whose extra cost is of 20€/day. The house is provided with a parking area, and its access is completely paved, except for the last kilometre.

The access is asphalted, only 1 km is by lane.
