Holiday home for 12 people in Carcabuey in the province of Córdoba, Andalusia.
This beautiful house is located in the middle of nature and surrounded by a small forest of fruit trees. A charming house that is nestled in the Geopark of the Sierras Subbéticas Cordobesas, specifically in the municipality of Carcabuey, province of Córdoba.
It is a farm just a few minutes from the town, with a house that can accommodate a maximum of 12 people spread over its 5 rooms. The privileged location of the house and all the outdoor and natural areas that surround it will make your stay a perfect vacation.
We have Wi-Fi throughout the property, the connection to the main roads is ideal, and to access the house there are only about 300 meters of lane in good condition.
Inside the house you will find:
-. A huge living room that is also a dining room. It has a closed fireplace, perfect for keeping us in the rural climate and providing heat to the room during the winter. We can provide you with the firewood ourselves. The living room has large windows that let in a lot of natural light and show us beautiful views of the outside. There is a wooden bar cabinet and next to it, the dining table. We also have another area of the living room with the Smart TV and sound system, a couple of armchairs and another couple of sofas as well as a nice table.
-. The kitchen is spacious and very practical. It is separated from the living room by a nice American bar. It is equipped with all the appliances you will need during your stay, such as a microwave and an oven, an induction hob, an espresso machine, a dishwasher, a blender, a combi-type refrigerator, etc. The pantry has enough space for you to organize everything and the kitchenware is very complete and varied.
-. The 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, are very bright. 2 of them have a double bed, the main one also has a bathroom with a shower, 2 have 2 single beds and the last room has 2 bunk beds. In addition, we have an extra bed that we put at your disposal. And for those who come with a baby, we have 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs that we put at your disposal free of charge. All bedrooms have wooden windows
-. The house has 2 bathrooms, both fully equipped with a shower and a bathtub and there is also another bathroom with a shower in the outside area, next to the pool.
We provide you with duvets, sheets and towels during your stay. And we change sheets and towels every 7 nights.
As for the outside of the house, we have large areas where you can enjoy rural and quiet tourism, since no one will bother you on the property and it is completely fenced so that you can let your pets run freely around the property. First of all, we have a covered porch and patio, where the washing machine and a covered drying rack are located.
The beach bar and barbecue are perfect for filling the stomach with the family and relaxing. The beach bar has its own kitchenware and its chairs and tables.
The swimming pool with night lighting is perfect for taking a dip and cooling off in summer and the tennis court, also with lighting for doing a bit of sport. There is also a basketball hoop. The views from this area are spectacular.
The garden area with a part of more than 80 m2 of natural grass surrounding the house is full of fruit trees belonging to the estate, where you can try the fruit directly from the tree.
If requested, we can provide you with a closed parking space for one car and an area in the shade of the trees, where there is room to park up to 5 more vehicles.
