Surrounded by vegetation and nature, the villa has access to the Río de los Molinos, as it runs between the boundaries of the property.
The house is distributed on one floor and has 3 bedrooms, all of them with double capacity and carefully decorated. In addition, the house has two bathrooms with a shower, one of them en suite for greater comfort.
In the living room, you will find a large library, as well as a charming teleworking corner so you can always stay connected. It has large windows, which let in outside light, thus giving it a special luminosity.
