With enviable views and location of the swamp of the town where it is located, this wonderful recently built house is the perfect place to spend your next vacation.
It consists of two bedrooms, both with large storage capacity. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 3 single beds. Additionally, there is a full bathroom with a shower.
Equipped with a cozy fireplace and several armchairs, the living room is the perfect corner where you can relax after a long day of hiking. It has a large window that gives it unparalleled light and luminosity, with access to the terrace and views of the mountains. The dining room is integrated into the living room and has enough capacity to receive your entire family.
The kitchen is American style and has a charming breakfast bar with several stools as well as everything you need to prepare delicious dishes.
In the outdoor area there are several rest areas where you can relax and enjoy a good coffee surrounded by nature. If you prefer, you can organize a wonderful evening with your entire family at the barbecue or take a refreshing swim in your private pool while enjoying the incredible views.
The house has private parking with enough capacity for a couple of cars.
