This house is perfect for those who want to be close to the beach and enjoy all the comforts and pleasures that the Andalusian coast offers.
The interior of the house is distributed on a single floor. As soon as we enter, we find the dining room equipped with a comfortable chaise-longue style sofa where we can relax in the heat of the fireplace while we enjoy our favorite series. The modern and renovated American-style kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy all your needs. In addition, the home has a washing machine and iron, thus facilitating all the needs that may arise during your stay.
The house has 3 bedrooms, all of them with double capacity. Two of the bedrooms have two double beds. The third bedroom is located in a separate casita and has a trundle bed with two single beds. A full bathroom with shower completes the stay.
Outside the property, we find a fantastic porch with a dining area and barbecue area, where you can enjoy pleasant family moments. There is another porch in the front area of the house. Although if you wish, you can cool off in your private chlorine pool or enjoy the southern climate while relaxing quietly on one of your sun loungers. For guests' convenience, the accommodation has a bathroom with shower in the outside area of the house.
For families traveling with babies, you will find a crib and high chair in the accommodation.
Outside, there is ample parking with capacity for 2 cars.
The town of Chiclana is only 7 km away, although you will find restaurants and beach bars near the house. We also recommend the boat ride to the Sancti Petri castle and visits to the Chiclana salt flats.
