Holiday house for 9 people in Zahara de los Atunes, Province of Cádiz, Andalusia.
Impressive and luxurious villa located in the well-known Cala de los Alemanes. This magnificent property combines elegance and style in an idyllic setting. With five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a toilet, it offers a large and comfortable space to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.
By accessing the property, we enter a private area shared only with one other villa, which guarantees a pleasant privacy from the first moment. Through the imposing and solid wooden entrance door, we find one of the jewels of this villa: a bright central patio with a fountain and an open roof that connects the different areas of the house.
On the right, we find two different entrances to the room area. From the patio, a door leads to two Moorish-style rooms and a complete bathroom with a shower. One of the rooms has a single bed and the other with a double bed.
Continuing in the right wing, we find a beautiful spiral staircase with a spectacular central skylight that leads to the other three rooms on the upper floor. A master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower) and dressing room, and two other bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and the other with a single bed) that share a family bathroom with a bathtub.
In the left wing of the property, the large common areas offer a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere. The living room, dining room and kitchen are elegantly intertwined, creating a seamless flow between the different spaces and enjoying abundant natural light through the large windows in each room. From the living room and dining room, you can access the spectacular outdoor space of the property.
The best thing about a vacation at sea is making the most of the outdoors, and this house is spectacular because life is done outside. The comfortable porch with outdoor furniture, the infinity pool and the barbecue make up the perfect space to enjoy dips, family meals and moments of fun. In addition, the wonderful views of the sea make you not want to be anywhere else.
