Luxury villa for 8 people in Tarifa, province of Cádiz. Andalusia.
Wonderful luxury villa to spend unforgettable holidays in complete tranquility with sea views.
The villa is distributed over three floors:
The second floor is the main one that includes a bedroom with a double bed with a bathroom with shower and bathtub en suite. It has a living room with large windows that open onto the porch. It has a very bright independent kitchen, fully equipped with a wine cellar, induction cooker, etc. We can also find a toilet.
On the third and last floor we find two bedrooms with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower each. Both with access to the terrace on the third floor.
The first floor would be the basement where we find a gym with everything from a treadmill to an elliptical, through a rowing machine, exercise bike, kinesis equipment and an adjustable bench. This space, in addition to its TechnoGym machines with individual screens, also includes a complete set of dumbbells and an area for floor exercises such as Pilates, yoga or HIIT with their corresponding material (mats and a Pilates ball). The gym has a full bathroom. It also has a work area with two large sofas.
Outside we find a large porch with a chill out area. and another porch with dining table and chairs. It has an area with grass and a terrace area where the beautiful infinity pool is located with views of the sea.
It has a storage room, covered and uncovered parking space.
The access to the house is concreted.
