It has a 12x6 m pool, stone barbecue, hell with paellas for rice dishes, covered gazebo in front of the pool, a porch with a terrace and much more. Next to the Barrosa beach, it has its own large-capacity car park. A classic country house in very good condition, with signs of wear as it is lived in by the family that owns it, but comfortable and cosy.

Chiclana de la Frontera is a large city on the Costa de la Luz, the Atlantic coast of southern Spain, 50 kilometers south of Cádiz, with a population of 90,000. Many towns and cities in this area have the suffix "de la Frontera" which refers to the days when this area of Spain was occupied by the Moors, and can see Moorish influence, especially in Vejer. By joining the points of the towns of 'de la Frontera', the boundary line can be traced between the Christian territory and that of the Moors. Chiclana is located in the marshes at the mouth of the Rio Iro, and does not have its own waterfront, but leaving the city to the south quickly enters the peripheral district of La Barrosa, which has established itself as the closest seaside resort to Chiclana, very popular in the summer months.
The area of Las Veguetas, where we are located, is located just ten minutes by car from the beaches of La Barrosa and Novo Sancti Petri, where you can park comfortably at any time of the year.
