Holiday house for 6 people in Zahara de los Atunes, in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia.
Decorated in an Andalusian style, this villa is located on the Atlanterra mountain, with stunning views of the Camarinal Lighthouse beach and the Atlantic Ocean.
At the entrance of the house there is an area to park 2-3 cars and from here you can access both the house and the garden area with a private pool.
The main floor of the house presents a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry, a laundry room, a toilet and a spacious living room with fireplace and direct access to a magnificent covered porch that also connects to the pool area. The pool area is equipped with hammocks for maximum relaxation of guests. We also find an area with a barbecue where you can enjoy the best outdoor evenings with family or friends.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other two bedrooms share a second bathroom.
The property has underfloor heating for the colder months, as well as German TV channels and WIFI.
Designed for rest and enjoyment with family and friends, this villa is a privileged corner where you can enjoy the wonderful Cádiz beaches and a wonderful climate that make this place a wonderful experience.
The price includes a three-hour cleaning service, for three days a week. In the event that the client needs extra cleaning, it will cost €15/hour for a minimum of three hours.
