You will feel at home in a matter of seconds, mainly thanks to modern equipment and appliances. The villa is also provided with three bedrooms: two are equipped with one double bed each, and the third bedroom features two twin beds. A modern bathroom with a shower completes the layout of the villa.

The living space opens onto the spectacular covered terrace. Here, an area for "al fresco" dining allows you and your family to have your meal and, at the same time, rejoice in the beautiful panorama that extends before your eyes. The terrace is connected to the pool area via a staircase. Once in the pool area, you will find a well-maintained garden and a gorgeous private pool. Nearby, a pergola and sun loungers let you make the most of the warm sunshine, in a setting you won't easily forget.
