Spacious holiday home for a family getaway in the province of Cadiz

Holiday home on the outskirts of Villamartín, in the province of Cadiz, Andalucia.

This farmhouse is ideal for a group of 10 people. Thanks to its spacious outdoor area, it's the perfect place for spending some unforgettable holidays with your beloved ones, in the countryside of the province of Cadiz.

The plot features two single-storey houses, for a total of five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The main house is provided with three bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed and en-suite with a bathtub, another is equipped with two twin beds and a bunk bed, and in the third bedroom, you will find two twin beds. Besides, there is another bathroom with a shower, a spacious dining-living room with a fireplace and an open kitchen with kitchen stools and breakfast bar.

In front of this holiday home, there is a smaller house. Inside it, you will have a bedroom with two twin beds and one with two twin beds and a fireplace at your disposal. A room divider separates the second bedroom and this house's kitchen. A bathroom with a shower is also available inside this house.

The bigger holiday home is equipped with warm/cool air-con in the bedrooms and living room. The smaller house is provided with warm/cool air-con in the bedroom that opens onto the kitchen. Besides, all bedrooms are provided with electric radiators.

The outdoor area lets you enjoy a spacious garden located between the two houses. The central area features a fully private pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols that allow the whole family to rejoice in the sunshine. Both houses are equipped with a small porch where you can have your meals "al fresco".

The plot is equipped with a covered parking space for three vehicles, and the access is possible via a 150-mt unpaved lane.
