Holiday house near Zahara de los Atunes, in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia.
This single-story house sits atop a hill south of Zahara de los Atunes, providing breathtaking ocean views. Its Hindu-inspired decoration characterizes every corner of the villa's interior, along with an elegant marble floor and a cozy atmosphere.
An electric gate provides access to the property, which also has private parking and a garage. The same space presents the main access to the house. Right next door, you will find a door that leads to a separate bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. This bedroom is also accessible from inside the house.
Once inside, you will find the main room of the house, that is, a bright open concept space spread over two levels. The main level features a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, with island and high-end appliances. From here, you can access the terrace with outdoor dining, and the master bedroom, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and shower. The dining room opens onto another terrace, which leads to the master bedroom and a third bedroom with two single beds. The only way to get to this bedroom is, in fact, by crossing the terrace. The master bedroom has a particularly oriental decoration and has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the main balcony of the house.
The lowest level of the main room has a living area with large windows that will allow you to enjoy the panoramic views of the pool, the Atlanterra urbanization and the beach. A separate toilet is also available in the house.
Outside, the garden leads through a stone staircase to a private pool, next to which you will find sun loungers, a covered chill-out area with wooden benches and a huge dining table, as well as an outdoor shower. .
In the event that the client needs extra cleaning, it will cost €15/hour for a minimum of three hours.
