Description
Holiday house near Zahara de los Atunes, in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia.
The house is an architectural jewel with only 15 years of history, it is located in the exclusive Playa de los Alemanes. Located on a 2,500 m² plot, this villa fuses the charm of Andalusian design with modern comforts, offering a completely functional and practical space.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a charming Andalusian patio with semicircular arches and majestic columns. In the center, an impressive fountain brings serenity to the environment, while the patio distributes the rooms of the villa. From one of the entrances on the main floor, you enter a spacious hall that leads to a large living-dining room, characterized by its large windows and an imposing fireplace. The dining room connects directly to a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a laundry room and pantry. On this floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a toilet under the stairs.
The upper floor, accessible from the main hall, houses two bedrooms. One has two single beds and the other has a double bed, both with en-suite bathrooms and access to private terraces.
A separate apartment, accessible from the patio, offers two additional bedrooms. The first has a double bed, a cozy living room with access to the garden and a bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and another bathroom.
The exterior of the villa is an oasis of tranquility, with an exquisitely maintained garden that combines native and tropical vegetation, and a swimming pool that invites you to relax. Garden furniture is available to enjoy the magnificent sunsets overlooking the coast of Africa and the Strait of Gibraltar.
Access to the house is completely paved.
The price includes a 4-hour cleaning service every other day. In the event that the client needs extra cleaning, it will cost €15/hour for a minimum of three hours.
