Located in a quiet neighbourhood in the town of Conil de la Frontera, this holiday home provides its guests with a lovely garden and a rustic-style indoor area that guarantees full relaxation to up to six people.

Inside, the living area is characterised by a double-height ceiling covering a massive stone wall where a fireplace stands out. Comfortable sofas and armchairs are distributed to make it possible to enjoy the flatscreen TV, whereas the nearby dining table offers enough space for the whole family to share their meals in each other’s company. The other part of the living room welcomes a fully equipped open kitchen. On the same floor, you will also find a bedroom with one double bed, whereas the other two bedrooms (one with two twin beds and the other with one single bed) is located on the sloping-ceiling first floor. The villa also features two bathrooms with shower.

The outdoor area, on the other side, is ideal for soaking up the warm atmosphere and bright sunshine that defines the Costa de la Luz. You will have the private pool at your complete disposal, as well as several sun loungers to sunbathe as much as you want and a useful brick BBQ to let you cook delicious grilled meat. A covered porch with an area for “al fresco” dining and private parking complete the amenities of the villa.
