An alternative to the beach, but close to it in case you don’t want to miss out on the fresh sea breeze, this holiday villa ensures complete privacy thanks to the high hedge that surrounds the 1,000-sq-mt plot.

Inside, the dining-living room welcomes you with a cosy ambience, enhanced by the building materials and the decoration used in this villa. The wooden furniture and high ceilings perfectly mix with the modern tools the house is provided with. In fact, you will find all the electrical appliances you’ll need in the fully equipped open kitchen, as well as the flat screen TV on top of the fireplace. The villa can welcome four people in the main building and three more in an attached room with a private bathroom with a shower and an independent entrance. Out of the two bedrooms in the biggest house, one is provided with one double bed, whereas the other has two twin beds. In the attached room, you will find one double bed and an extra single bed. A bathroom with bathtub, located in the main house, completes the layout of the villa.

Outside, have breakfast on the lovely porch and sunbathe on the poolside sun loungers: your holidays have never been this relaxing! The backyard porch, on the other side, is perfect to enjoy lunches or dinners, as its location near the BBQ makes it easy to move the dishes filled with tasty delicacies from one place to the other.
