You can reach the seashore on foot, and several restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance of the property.

The house is distributed onto the main floor, where you will find the living area and three bedrooms, and a mezzanine. These two are connected via a spiral staircase located in the cosy dining-living room overlooking the vast private garden. The living area features modern element and more rustic ones, among which the main stone wall stands out. The fireplace warms up the ambience in case you choose to travel to Conil de la Frontera in autumn, and the dining table lets the whole family share their meals and enjoy each other’s company. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, and here you will have all the tools and amenities at your disposal. And when you want to rest, the villa’s three bedrooms are the perfect choice. One of them is furnished with a double bed, and the other two have two twin beds each; a seventh person can sleep in the extra single bed located on the mezzanine. Two full bathrooms with shower complete the layout of the villa.

However, it’s in the splendid garden where you’ll want to spend the most significant part of your time. The high hedge that surrounds the property ensures full privacy so that you can thoroughly enjoy the warm sunshine of the Costa de la Luz and cool down in the 12-mt private pool away from prying eyes. On the front porch, you can sit down with the whole family and delight with a tasty breakfast, or relax in the nearby chill-out area. In the backyard, you can cook delicious grilled meat on the BBQ provided, which will positively surprise your family’s palates.
