Luxury villa for 8 people near Zahara de los Atunes, in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia.
Villa built on two rocks that cross the house, with impressive views of the Sea from any room and declared cultural heritage of 20th century architecture, is the “Chalet Alarife” with 220 square meters built and 1,400 m2 of plot.
The Chalet: At the entrance you pass through a wonderful garden with large, lush palm trees and cacti.
On the ground floor the entrance with a small hallway that leads to three of its bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and another with a double bed and a bathroom.
At the same entrance and going up a staircase that accesses the main floor and in a completely open space, we find the kitchen, with access to a small terrace with exceptional views of the Zahara de los Atunes Beach and even the Trafalgar Lighthouse. , from which we access the pool area. On the same floor there is a small toilet, the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a living-dining room with large windows that illuminate the entire room.
We can enjoy pleasant evenings surrounded by the nature itself that makes up the rock on which the building sits, on a terrace from which you access through the living room. This cozy space surrounded by rocks and a hundred trees is ideal for hot hours and very private.
- Cleaning for 3 hours, 3 days a week is included in the rental price.
